"Amazing place for concerts! The Up in the Sky nights were unforgettable — mountains, music, and atmosphere all coming together for pure magic. I hope they keep doing more events like this. Only tweak? The shuttle wait after — smooth that out and the whole experience is flawless."

"We took lessons the first day because we both had zero experience.. they were great, my instructor Neil, a white south African accent having guy was funny and patient with me, after many slams and what felt like broken wrists and tailbone I had the confidence to try the mountain and by the 4th day we were doing the blue routes. The gear rental was pretty easy aside from the line of field trippers. It was an amazing experience and..."

"We have skied and hiked Ajax, Snowmass, and the Highlands a number of times. Other than eating at the BBQ place at the base of Buttermilk, we have never skied this mountain before until today. As expert level skiers, we were pleasantly surprised by how much we liked this mountain. No, it is not challenging, but there is tons of sidecountry tree skiing, and the powder stays in there for days after a storm. Buttermilk to us felt like a..."

"Buttermilk is an absolute paradise for snowboarders! It’s home to the Winter X Games, the terrain park setup is incredible. One time they had a double half pipe. There are jumps, rails, boxes, and features for every skill level, from beginners just learning to advanced riders who want to hit the big lines. It’s one of the best parks I’ve ever ridden. During the X Games, the whole mountain comes alive with awesome live concerts, energy, and great vibes everywhere...."
